How much will shipping cost?
Postage within Australia is FREE on all orders exceeding $150 or $10 for those less than $150.
Postage Internationally is calculated based on weight and destination and is applied at the time of checkout.

Important information for International orders
Please note International orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
When will my order arrive
All our products are made to order and our Mumma Bear is working as hard as she can to get all orders completed in a timely manner. Our current processing time is 3-4 weeks plus shipping time. Depending on demand we may be able to complete your order prior to this.
All orders will receive a confirmation email once shipped. Please ensure our email address firstname.lastname@example.org is safely stored in your email contacts list to ensure you receive all communications from us about your order.
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post and in some cases Sendle and delivery times are as stated on their websites (usually 2-4 business days to main cities). Please note that some destinations within Australia may take longer - whilst we always try to send orders out with reliable services any delays through the postal service are out of our control.
International orders are sent via Australia Post and will take between 7-10 business days to arrive depending on region. All orders are out of our control once they leave our hands and in some cases International orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered depending on location. We are not liable for any postage delays.
Please note that this is a family run business and there may be times where unexpected delays occur (such a family illnesses). We will always be upfront with our customers about these delays and let you know an estimated delivery time.
We understand a lot of our customers buy our products as gifts and require them to be delivered by a certain date. If there is an unexpected delay with your order and you require it by a certain date please let us know and we will do what we can to get it to you sooner.
How can I track my order
You will receive a shipping notification from us once your order is on it’s way to you. Please ensure you place our email address email@example.com safely in your email contacts list to ensure you receive all communication from us.
Please also ensure that your shipping address is correct when ordering (and if using PayPal) as Boo & Bear is not liable for any lost or damaged parcels. If an incorrect address is used there may be additional shipping fees applicable to ensure the parcel is received by you at your correct address.
If a tracking number is not provided please contact us to obtain tracking information (if available).
Small orders such as our Bunny ears that are automatically provided with free shipping are sent untracked. If you would like your order to include tracking please contact us for a quote.
Can I return my products if I change my mind?
All our products are made to order which means we are unable to exchange or refund for change of mind. Please consider carefully before completing a purchase and if there is anything we can help you with please contact us using our contact form or by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
What if my item is faulty?
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and a lot of love is put into each product. We also ensure that all products are inspected before they are shipped to ensure our products are free of any faults or marks. However if you feel your order is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to offer you a replacement or repair upon return of the item in it’s original packaging. Once the item has been received by us and confirmed as faulty we will refund the postage paid by the customer to return it to us and will cover all replacement postage charges.
Please note that there are some instances where loss or damage to an order is out of our control (such as postal service error/damage). In the case of loss/damage during shipping the customer may have to lodge a claim directly with the Postal service. In these instances we will assist in any way we can and will offer a replacement as soon as possible. However please also note that our shipping costs do not cover insurance. We can arrange insurance on your order, so if this is something you would like for peace of mind please email us to arrange a quote. Please refer to Australia Post for insurance terms and conditions.
Can I cancel my order
Provided you cancel your order within 48 hours of having placed the order we will offer a refund less any fees we incur as a result of the payment gateway you use (such as Afterpay).
